1. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting our website and/or purchasing something from Knotti, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

2. Handmade Product Disclaimer

Please note that all Knotti products are handmade.

  • Nature of Handmade: Due to the nature of crochet and handmade craftsmanship, no two bags are exactly alike. Slight variations in stitch tension, size (within reasonable limits), and shape are inherent to the process and are not considered defects.

  • Color Accuracy: We have made every effort to display the colours of our yarns and products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be 100% accurate. Dye lots of yarn may also vary slightly between batches.

3. Care and Usage

Knotti bags are delicate items. We are not responsible for damage resulting from improper care, snagging, or overloading the bag with heavy items. Please follow the care instructions provided with your product (e.g., hand wash only, lay flat to dry).

4. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are listed in CAD.

  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

  • Orders are not binding until payment is accepted and confirmed.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Processing Time: Since our items are handmade, please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be prepared for shipment.

  • Shipping Risks: Once the package is handed over to the shipping carrier, Knotti is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. However, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier if necessary.

  • Customs/Duties: International buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

6. Returns and Refunds

  • Return Policy: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Custom orders or personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

  • Return Shipping: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including the Knotti brand name, logo, bag designs, and photography, is the property of Knotti. You may not use our photos or reproduce our patterns for commercial purposes without express written consent.
